Yes. Cleaning your vehicle helps during inspection by making it easier to identify preexisting damage. It’s also best to remove personal items, as most carrier insurance policies do not cover customer belongings left inside the vehicle.
Yes. Expect a call or text from your driver 24–48 hours before both pickup and delivery. If you don’t hear from them, use the contact details provided or reach out to us at (224) 218-2949 for assistance.
Your driver will inspect your vehicle at both pickup and delivery, noting any existing damage on the Bill of Lading (BoL). Review this document carefully and only sign it if you agree with the inspection results.
At delivery, a second inspection will compare the vehicle’s condition to the pickup report. Any new damage will be documented on the BoL for further action.
Our vehicle shipping cost calculator provides two quotes—one for credit/debit and one for cash payments.
Credit/Debit Payments: The full balance is due once a driver is assigned. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and select electronic payment methods.
Cash Payments: A partial deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to your driver at delivery via cash, business check, or approved apps such as Zelle or CashApp. You forgo a 5% credit/debit processing fee when you book with this method.
