Overall another good experience with the Nexus Auto Transport team. This was my second time using to coordinate a shipment across the continental US. The actual pickup was outside of what I requested, but once it was setup it was moved quickly and on-time. I emailed and called frequently to receive updates and status checks. The driver was super easy to deal with. Very communicative and professional. Thank you. I would work with Nexus again if I needed another car shipped.

Fantastic experience! This was our first time needing one of our vehicles to be shipped across the country, so I was a little nervous. Someone recommended Nexus, I took a chance on them and it paid off! :) They described the process of shipping our vehicle from Indiana to Washington with much detail and accuracy. They answered all my many questions and were always kind and courteous. From my initial phone call, to our car pick-up and drop off., everyone was very professional, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with! Communication was also excellent on both ends. Our car was delivered without any problems and within the time frame that they promised. If we ever have to do this again, I will definitely call Nexus! We were extremely satisfied beginning to end! This being my first time to have a transport company deliver my car out of state, I was a little nervous about it. I knew it made since for me to do it because after calculating the amount to drive it there, spend the night on the road, and then buy a ticket to fly home, it only made sense. Once I started checking online about top transport companies, read many reviews on several, and even called 3 of them for quotes, I made the choice to go with Nexus Auto Transport. The experience was professional, smooth, and perfectly delivered. First, the young lady who took my call was extremely helpful answering my questions, taking my information, and explaining exactly what I would need to do if I decided to use their service. There was no pushing about selecting their company. Once I made the decision to go with them, there was regular text about dates confirmed, when a driver was assigned, and when the driver would call. If I still had a question, I would call the company directly. The staff was very professional and answered all my questions. The driver contacted me through email and stayed in touch letting me know an hour before he arrived. The driver was professional and was able to have the car ready to go in about 40 min. He even talked with my son before he left to confirm the delivery to him. We had expected maybe 2-3 days delivery, but he picked up the car about 1:15 pm on Wednesday and delivered it to my son at 8:00am on Thursday the next morning. It all went smoothly , and if I need to do this again, I will definitely use Nexus Auto Transport.

I assisted a friend with transporting her new vehicle purchase from another state. First time using an auto transport company and Nexus Auto Transport really delivered !! From the first contact with so many questions , William Sovereign set my mind at ease and took control for the delivery. Answering questions and assisting my elder friend keeping her comfortable and fully informed. When questions did arise, Aleksandr Copelli was quick and helpful to respond if William was unavailable. Once the auto was picked up driver Borden kept us informed along the route as well as Edson Hernandez, dispatch coordinator. At last minute we made a change in location for delivery as we are pretty remote and wanted driver to be able to unload and conveniently get back to his route, so we chose a business location with large parking lot next to highway rather then door to door house delivery, entire team was excellent in communication and flexible. I will most definitely use Nexus Auto Delivery again in future and Highly Suggest them for any transport needs you might have. I would give 100 stars if available! Great experience and could not have asked for better! Started the process online on a Thursday and was called back in a few hours. They confirmed I wanted an enclosed trailer and quote was very reasonable several $$ less than others. Received a few text with updates. Monday they called saying the driver was 4 hours away from pick up address in Indiana. Tuesday the car was at my house in Connecticut. Thank you Nexus and the driver!

I got my car transferred from Ohio to Seattle, Washington! It was an easy drop off and pick up - the driver called me the day of and gave me 30 min - 1 hour notice of where we could meet. And then the car was delivered on the estimated date I received as well with the same process. My car was in the same shape I left it. Would recommend them!
