By far the best experience I have had. I used Nexus transport to transport a car I bought in Sacramento, California to Brandywine, MD. I surprisingly found them along with a few other companies via TikTok. Yes, I was looking for realistic reviews on transport services, I checked Nexxus reviews through google and through BBB and they had the best reviews out of all the other options. I booked them on 11/4 for a 11/15 pickup. They called me the next day after booking online, the customer service from the initial call was thorough and pleasant, they followed up 3 days later to confirm pickup and let me know the company contracted to pick up my car would reach out to me 3 days prior to pick up in which they did, the call was pleasant. Even though I felt so nervous about the whole ordeal, the company called the day of confirming he was in route. The driver was pleasant and on top of it with completing onsite paperwork, he took about 60 pictures and was on his way. He was supposed to arrive to MD on 11/20 but ended up arriving a day early, which was perfect! I would rate this company 5 stars. My daughter's car arrived in perfect shape and early.
